Google Integration Privacy Policy

This policy describes how АБУ studio uses information received through Google OAuth and Google APIs in the АБУ Integration Platform.

Google data accessed

• Google account identity information used to verify the authorized account;
• Google Tasks data — read-only;
• Google Calendar events — read-only;
• Google Calendar list information — read-only.

The current integration does not request access to Gmail or Google Drive and does not request permission to modify Google Calendar or Google Tasks.

How data is used

Google data is used only to support internal planning, task coordination, reconciliation and related operational workflows within АБУ studio.

Google user data is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used to build advertising profiles.

Data sharing

АБУ studio does not sell Google user data. Limited information may be processed by infrastructure or software service providers only when technically necessary to deliver a user-requested internal function, operate the service, maintain security, or comply with applicable law.

Security

OAuth client secrets and refresh credentials are stored outside application source code with restricted access. Credentials are not committed to Git repositories.

Access is limited to the minimum permissions required for the enabled integration functions.

Retention

The Integration Platform may retain operational metadata required for synchronization, reconciliation, auditing and service reliability. OAuth credentials are retained only while the corresponding integration remains authorized and required.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time from the security and third-party connections settings of the corresponding Google Account.

Google API Services User Data Policy

АБУ Integration Platform's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
